The Branding Shop Co. is a creative operations studio designed to help brands move with more clarity, direction, and intention.
Whether you’re building something from the ground up, refining what already exists, preparing for a launch, or trying to create a more cohesive experience across your business, the shop was built to support brands through both the creative and operational side of growth.
This space is designed for founders who are ready to stop piecing things together and start building with more structure, consistency, and purpose.
Before booking, we recommend starting here to better understand how the shop works, who we work best with, and which support option may be the best fit for your needs.
-
The Branding Shop Co. is a creative operations studio that helps brands build clearer experiences, stronger systems, and more intentional creative direction.
We combine strategy, visual execution, storytelling, content, campaigns, and operational structure to help businesses move more cohesively across different areas of their brand.
This is not a one-size-fits-all design service or high-volume content mill. Projects are approached thoughtfully, collaboratively, and with long-term direction in mind.
-
We work best with founders, brands, and growing businesses that value intentionality, collaboration, clarity, and structure.
Most of our clients come to us when they’re ready to move beyond piecing things together and want support creating a brand experience that feels more aligned, organized, and sustainable long term.
Whether you're refining your direction, preparing for growth, launching something new, or rebuilding your foundation, the shop is designed to support businesses that are ready to move with more purpose and consistency.
-
If you need focused support for a specific project, launch, system, campaign, or deliverable, Pay-As-You-Go is likely the best fit.
If you need ongoing creative operations, recurring support, consistent execution, or long-term momentum across your brand, The Team may be a better fit.
If you're unsure where to begin, we recommend reaching out through the Say Hello page before booking.
-
Yes as long as you're ready to build intentionally.
Some clients come to us during the early stages of developing their business, while others are established brands looking to refine, restructure, or elevate what already exists.
You do not need to have everything figured out before working with us. Part of the process is helping create clarity and direction where things may currently feel disconnected or overwhelming.
-
Our process is collaborative, structured, and communication-driven.
We believe strong creative work requires clarity, responsiveness, trust, and thoughtful execution from both sides. Projects are approached intentionally, with systems and workflows designed to keep communication organized and expectations clear throughout the process.
-
Not always.
Some services and offers are designed to be booked directly, while others may require additional guidance before moving forward.
If you're unsure what you need, overwhelmed by options, or trying to figure out the best direction for your business, we recommend starting with a Clarity Call.
-
That’s more common than you think.
Many businesses come to us because they’ve outgrown their current direction, feel disconnected from their brand, or are struggling to bring all the moving pieces together cohesively.
Part of our process is helping identify what’s working, what’s missing, and where more alignment or structure may be needed.
-
No.
While creative direction and visual execution are a major part of the shop, we also focus heavily on the operational side of brand growth, including workflows, communication systems, customer experience, campaigns, launches, structure, and long-term consistency.
We believe strong brands require both clarity in presentation and clarity in operation.
-
Absolutely.
Some clients work with us for a single focused project, while others continue into ongoing support through The Team.
The shop is designed to support businesses at different stages depending on what they need most at the time.
-
We approach brands holistically.
Instead of only focusing on isolated deliverables, we look at how your visuals, systems, messaging, customer experience, operations, launches, and overall direction work together as a complete ecosystem.
The goal is not just to create something that looks good temporarily, but to help businesses move more clearly, consistently, and confidently long term.

PAY-AS-YOU-GO
Pay-As-You-Go is designed for businesses that need focused support, intentional execution, and clear direction without committing to ongoing monthly services.
Whether you're preparing for a launch, refining your brand experience, building out systems, creating campaigns, or working through a specific project, this model allows you to book support based on what your business needs most right now.
Projects are structured around defined outcomes, collaborative communication, and thoughtful execution designed to help your brand move forward with more clarity and consistency.
-
Pay-As-You-Go is our project-based support model designed for businesses that need focused creative or operational support without entering an ongoing support plan.
Instead of hourly back-and-forth or open-ended requests, projects are built around intentional deliverables, clear direction, and structured execution.
-
Projects may include brand direction, campaign development, creative execution, launch support, workflows, customer experience improvements, visual assets, content systems, email campaigns, websites, operational structure, and other focused brand initiatives.
Available services and project types may vary depending on current studio capacity and the level of support required.
-
No.
Pay-As-You-Go is outcome-based, not hourly task work.
Projects are structured around the scope of the work, the level of strategy and execution involved, and the support needed to complete the project intentionally and effectively.
-
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the next steps needed to begin your project smoothly.
Depending on the service, this may include onboarding forms, scheduling links, asset requests, project details, timelines, or communication instructions.
From there, the project moves through a structured workflow designed to keep everything organized, collaborative, and clear throughout the process.
-
Yes, depending on availability and the scope of support needed.
Some businesses book multiple projects together when preparing for launches, campaigns, rebrands, or larger operational updates. If multiple projects are needed, we may recommend organizing them into phases to keep execution clear and manageable.
-
Collaboration is important.
While we guide the creative and operational process, client responsiveness, approvals, communication, and asset delivery all play a major role in helping projects move efficiently and successfully.
Projects work best when both sides are actively engaged in the process.
-
That’s completely okay.
Some businesses come in knowing exactly what they need, while others only know that something feels disconnected, unclear, or unfinished.
If you’re unsure which project, service, or direction makes the most sense, we recommend booking a Clarity Call.
-
Most projects include a revision phase designed to refine and strengthen the final direction.
The number of revisions, review structure, and approval process may vary depending on the type of project booked. Additional revisions or major scope changes may require additional support time or a separate booking.
-
Absolutely.
Some clients work with the shop for a single focused project, while others later transition into ongoing support through The Team after realizing they need continued creative operations, strategy, or execution support.
-
In many cases, yes.
A large part of our work involves helping businesses create clarity, structure, direction, and momentum when things feel scattered, inconsistent, or difficult to manage alone.
The goal is not just to create deliverables, but to help businesses move forward in a more intentional and sustainable way.

THE TEAM
The Team is our ongoing support model designed for brands that need consistent creative operations, strategic execution, and long-term momentum across their business.
Instead of constantly restarting the creative process, chasing deliverables, or managing multiple moving pieces alone, businesses receive structured support designed to help their brand operate more clearly, cohesively, and consistently over time.
This model is best for brands that are actively growing, evolving, launching, maintaining visibility, or building a stronger operational foundation behind the scenes.
-
The Team is our ongoing support experience for businesses that need recurring creative, operational, and strategic support across different areas of their brand.
Rather than booking isolated projects one at a time, businesses receive continued support designed to help maintain momentum, consistency, execution, and long-term alignment over time.
-
The Team is best for founders and brands that need continued support beyond a single project.
This may include businesses managing ongoing campaigns, launches, content, customer experience updates, creative direction, operational systems, brand maintenance, or recurring execution needs throughout the year.
It’s especially helpful for businesses that feel overwhelmed managing everything alone or constantly restarting the process with different freelancers or disconnected systems.
-
Support varies depending on the level of partnership and the evolving needs of the business, but may include creative execution, campaign support, operational guidance, systems organization, content direction, launch support, brand maintenance, workflow improvements, strategy, and ongoing implementation support.
The goal is to create a more consistent and supported operational experience over time rather than isolated one-time deliverables.
-
If we don’t hear back after multiple reminders, the project is marked complete to keep timelines moving for all clients. Reactivation is available for a fee within 7 days; after that, you’ll need to purchase a new project.
-
Pay-As-You-Go is designed for focused project-based support with a clear beginning and end.
The Team is designed for ongoing support, recurring execution, long-term brand maintenance, and continued operational momentum across multiple areas of the business over time.
-
No.
The Team is structured support, not unlimited on-demand requests.
Support is designed around intentional workflows, communication, capacity, priorities, and realistic execution timelines to ensure projects remain thoughtful, organized, and sustainable for both sides.
-
Communication is managed through structured workflows, organized project systems, scheduled touchpoints, and designated communication channels depending on the level of support.
The goal is to keep everything clear, collaborative, and manageable without creating constant back-and-forth overwhelm.
-
Absolutely.
Business needs evolve, and The Team is designed to support shifting priorities, launches, campaigns, updates, operational changes, and ongoing creative needs as your business continues to grow.
Some months may focus more heavily on campaigns and content, while others may focus on systems, restructuring, customer experience, or brand refinement.
-
That’s completely okay.
Many businesses work with us alongside internal staff, assistants, photographers, marketers, developers, or operational support teams.
We’re often brought in to help strengthen creative direction, improve structure, support execution, organize workflows, or bring more cohesion to the overall brand experience.
-
In many cases, yes.
A large part of this support model is helping businesses reduce creative and operational chaos by creating clearer systems, stronger direction, organized execution, and more manageable workflows over time.
The goal is to help brands move more intentionally without feeling like everything depends entirely on one person holding it all together.
-
Yes.
Some businesses need ongoing support long term, while others move in and out of support depending on seasons of growth, launches, restructuring, or operational demand.
The goal is to create support that feels aligned with the current stage of your business rather than forcing unnecessary long-term dependency.

THE STUDIO
The Studio is where creative direction, visual storytelling, campaigns, content, and brand experiences come to life.
From launches and visual systems to campaigns, content creation, messaging, creative concepts, and production support, this side of the shop is designed to help brands create work that feels cohesive, intentional, and aligned across every touchpoint.
The focus is not simply creating content for the sake of visibility, but building experiences that communicate clearly, connect emotionally, and support the larger direction of the brand.
-
The Studio focuses on the creative and visual side of brand execution.
This may include campaigns, launches, creative direction, visual storytelling, content systems, production planning, email campaign visuals, website visuals, social content, branded experiences, promotional assets, AI-supported creative production, and other brand-facing creative initiatives.
-
Yes, depending on the project and the type of support needed.
Content support may include creative direction, campaign planning, visual concepts, branded content systems, shoot planning, storytelling direction, AI-supported creative production, promotional visuals, and execution support designed to help brands maintain a more cohesive visual presence.
-
Absolutely.
Campaigns and launches are a major part of how we support brands inside the shop.
This may include launch direction, rollout planning, campaign visuals, storytelling structure, promotional assets, email campaign support, customer experience alignment, and helping businesses create a more connected experience across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
-
Yes.
The Studio incorporates AI-supported creative tools as part of the creative process when appropriate. This may include concept development, visual ideation, campaign production support, storytelling assistance, creative mockups, AI-generated visuals, and production workflows designed to help businesses execute ideas more efficiently and creatively.
AI is used as a tool to strengthen execution and streamline creativity not replace thoughtful direction, strategy, or intentional brand development.
-
Not always.
Some projects work with existing brand assets, while others may require updated visuals, content collection, creative direction, or production planning depending on the goals of the project.
If additional visuals or assets are needed, guidance will be provided throughout the process.
-
Yes.
A large part of Studio work involves helping brands create stronger visual cohesion across their content, campaigns, platforms, messaging, customer experience, and overall presentation.
Sometimes the issue isn’t a lack of content it’s a lack of alignment, structure, or direction behind the visuals being created.
-
No.
While social content may be part of larger campaigns or brand systems, The Studio is not built around creating random daily posts without strategy or direction.
The focus is building stronger visual ecosystems across the brand as a whole, including launches, campaigns, websites, email marketing, storytelling, customer experience, visuals, and promotional execution.
-
Absolutely.
We often collaborate alongside photographers, developers, videographers, marketing teams, assistants, and other creative partners to help strengthen creative direction, organization, execution, and overall brand cohesion.
-
That’s actually very common.
Many founders know the feeling they want their brand to create but struggle translating those ideas into a cohesive visual experience.
Part of our role inside The Studio is helping shape scattered ideas into clearer creative direction, stronger storytelling, and more intentional execution.
-
Long-term direction always comes first.
While trends may occasionally influence creative decisions where appropriate, the goal is to create work that feels aligned with the brand’s identity, audience, positioning, and long-term growth rather than chasing temporary visibility alone.

PROCESS & OPERATION
Strong creative work requires more than ideas alone. It also requires structure, communication, organization, and clear operational flow behind the scenes.
This section outlines how projects move through the shop, what to expect throughout the process, how communication is managed, and the systems designed to keep projects organized, collaborative, and intentional from start to finish.
Our goal is to create an experience that feels clear, supportive, and well-managed for everyone involved.
-
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the next steps needed to begin your project smoothly.
Depending on the type of service booked, this may include onboarding forms, scheduling links, asset requests, timelines, project details, communication instructions, or portal access.
From there, your project moves through a structured workflow designed to keep everything organized, collaborative, and transparent throughout the process.
-
Projects are managed through organized workflows, structured communication systems, onboarding processes, review phases, timelines, and project tracking systems designed to keep both execution and communication clear throughout the experience.
The exact workflow may vary depending on the level of support and the type of project being completed.
-
Communication may take place through email, scheduled calls, client portals, messaging systems, review meetings, or designated communication platforms depending on the project structure.
The goal is to maintain clear, organized communication without creating overwhelming or constant back-and-forth throughout the process.
-
Most projects include a structured revision phase designed to strengthen and refine the final direction.
Revision rounds are intended for thoughtful refinements, alignment adjustments, and clarification — not complete project rebuilds or entirely new directions outside the approved scope.
Additional revisions or major scope changes may require expanded timelines, additional support, or a separate booking.
-
Projects move best when communication, approvals, feedback, and requested assets are provided in a timely and organized manner.
Client responsiveness plays a major role in maintaining timelines, preventing delays, and helping projects stay aligned throughout the process.
-
If communication becomes inactive for an extended period of time, projects may be paused, rescheduled, archived, or subject to restart procedures depending on the stage of the project and the length of inactivity.
Our workflows are designed to protect both project momentum and overall studio operations.
-
Yes.
The shop is built around collaborative communication and structured workflows designed to keep clients informed throughout different stages of the project.
Updates, approvals, review opportunities, and next steps are provided throughout the experience depending on the type of support booked.
-
This depends on the project.
Some services are strategy- or direction-focused, while others include hands-on implementation, execution, setup support, production, or operational assistance.
Project deliverables and implementation expectations are clarified before work begins to ensure alignment on both sides.
-
Tools and systems may vary depending on the project, but may include project management platforms, scheduling systems, communication tools, onboarding forms, client portals, email marketing platforms, website builders, AI-supported creative tools, workflow systems, and collaborative review processes.
The goal is always to create a smoother and more organized client experience behind the scenes.
-
We believe the strongest brands require both.
Creativity without structure can become inconsistent and difficult to sustain, while structure without creativity can feel disconnected and uninspired.
The shop is designed to support both the creative vision and the operational systems needed to help brands move more clearly, cohesively, and sustainably over time.

PAYMENTS & POLICES
From idea to done here’s how we roll.
Clear expectations help create smoother experiences for everyone involved.
This section outlines important information regarding payments, scheduling, timelines, project activity, revisions, cancellations, and general studio policies designed to keep projects organized, respectful, and operationally aligned throughout the process.
Our goal is always to maintain clear communication, thoughtful collaboration, and a structured experience from beginning to end.
-
All projects are paid in full upfront before work begins.
Because every project inside the shop is approached with focused strategy, intentional execution, and dedicated creative and operational support, we do not offer split payments, partial payments, or ongoing installment arrangements.
This structure allows projects to move clearly, efficiently, and without unnecessary pauses or delays throughout the process.
-
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the shop along with a second email prompting you to book your project kickoff meeting.
Before the kickoff meeting, you’ll also complete your required creative brief so we can fully understand your business, direction, goals, and overall vision before execution begins.
Your kickoff meeting is where we align on strategy, timelines, direction, expectations, and overall project flow moving forward.
-
Projects are managed through structured workflows, organized communication systems, onboarding processes, scheduled review phases, email updates, and direct communication throughout the project experience.
The goal is to create an experience that feels clear, organized, collaborative, and easy to follow without clients needing to constantly chase updates or wonder what’s happening next.
-
Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions.
Revision rounds are designed for thoughtful refinements, alignment adjustments, and strengthening the approved direction not complete redesigns, entirely new concepts, or major shifts outside the original project scope.
After the third revision round, any additional revisions, restructuring, or expanded requests will require additional support fees or a separate booking.
-
If communication becomes inactive during the active project timeline, the project will be archived or closed to protect studio workflow, scheduling, and operational capacity.
Extended inactivity may require reactivation fees, adjusted timelines, or full rebooking depending on the amount of time that has passed and the stage of the project.
The shop is built around momentum, responsiveness, and collaborative execution, so timely communication is extremely important throughout the process.
-
Delays in communication, approvals, feedback, or required assets will impact timelines and overall project flow.
To keep projects moving efficiently, clients are expected to communicate clearly, submit requested information on time, and remain actively engaged throughout the process.
-
Estimated delivery timelines are discussed during the kickoff phase of the project and may vary depending on communication responsiveness, revisions, project complexity, scheduling adjustments, or scope changes throughout the process.
We move efficiently, but thoughtful execution and quality always take priority over rushing projects.
-
If a pause becomes necessary, communication must happen immediately.
Projects paused for extended periods may require reactivation fees, timeline adjustments, or full rebooking depending on the project stage, operational impact, and amount of inactivity involved.
Because project capacity is scheduled intentionally, extended pauses disrupt workflow and studio scheduling significantly.
-
Once your project reaches the review phase, you’ll receive a Ready for Review notification with instructions for reviewing the work, submitting revision requests, and approving the next steps.
Clients are expected to review projects within the designated review window to help maintain project momentum and scheduling flow.
-
Once the final direction is approved, all final project materials, files, assets, and implementation information will be delivered through the agreed delivery method associated with your project.
Delivery timelines and final asset organization may vary depending on the type of project completed.
-
If the project direction expands beyond the originally approved scope, additional support fees, timeline adjustments, or separate bookings may be required.
This helps protect project clarity, workflow organization, execution quality, and realistic scheduling expectations for both sides.
-
Absolutely.
Some businesses begin with a focused project and later realize they need more consistent operational, creative, or strategic support as their business continues to grow.
In those situations, ongoing support through The Team may be recommended depending on the type of long-term support needed.

SUPPORT & CONTACT
The shop is designed around structured workflows, intentional communication, and clear support pathways.
Instead of open-ended inbox support or scattered communication, clients are guided toward the support option that best fits the type of help they need whether that’s direction before booking, focused post-project support, or ongoing partnership through The Team.
This structure helps keep communication organized, expectations clear, and support aligned with the actual needs of the project or business.
-
The best way to contact the shop depends on the type of support you need.
If you need help choosing a service or understanding where to begin, book a Clarity Call.
If you’re an existing client needing updates, refinements, implementation support, or post-project assistance, book a Workday support session.
If you need ongoing operational, creative, or strategic support, The Team may be the best fit.
The shop no longer operates through open-ended support requests or casual contact forms.
-
As the shop evolved into a more structured creative operations studio, the old “Say Hello” approach no longer aligned with how support is now handled.
Instead of open-ended communication, the shop now uses clear service pathways designed to create more organized workflows, clearer expectations, faster execution, and stronger operational boundaries.
Support is now routed intentionally through Clarity Calls, Workday support, Team support, or project-based workflows depending on the type of help needed.
-
Workday is a structured paid support option designed for existing clients who need updates, refinements, implementation support, troubleshooting, focused execution, or post-project assistance after their original project is complete.
Workday is not unlimited support, casual messaging access, or a full new project.
It is designed to provide focused execution support through a clear operational workflow.
-
Book a Clarity Call if you:
• are unsure what service you need
• need strategic direction before booking
• are trying to figure out your next step
• are considering a larger project
• are not yet an existing clientBook Workday if:
• your original project is already complete
• you need updates, fixes, refinements, or implementation support
• you already know what needs attention
• you need focused post-project execution support
-
Yes.
Workday support is reserved for existing clients we’ve already worked with so execution can move more efficiently without restarting the onboarding and discovery process from the beginning.
-
Workday support may be used for website updates, backend fixes, launch support, email refinements, automation adjustments, implementation support, campaign refinements, operational cleanup, customer experience updates, and focused execution requests depending on scope.
-
Workday support does not include full rebrands, entirely new custom builds, undefined open-ended requests, strategy-only consulting, ongoing monthly support, or large-scale projects outside the approved scope.
If a request expands beyond the selected Workday level, a larger project recommendation or upgraded support option may be required.
-
Once a project is completed, any additional updates, refinements, implementation requests, troubleshooting, continued execution support, or post-project adjustments must be booked through the appropriate support pathway.
The shop is structured around organized workflows, intentional scheduling, and focused execution support rather than open-ended post-project communication or ongoing unpaid maintenance.
This structure helps protect workflow organization, project clarity, scheduling capacity, and operational sustainability throughout the shop while still providing clients with clear pathways for continued support when needed.
-
The shop no longer operates through informal support requests or open-ended post-project messaging.
If support, execution, updates, troubleshooting, or refinements are needed after project completion, the appropriate support pathway should be booked so the request can move through the correct workflow and scheduling process.
-
Rush support is not publicly offered as a standard service option.
If an urgent situation genuinely requires expedited support, a private rush option may occasionally be offered at the shop’s discretion depending on availability, scheduling capacity, and operational workload.
-
If you’re unsure whether your request fits a Workday session, Team support, or a larger project, we recommend booking a Clarity Call before purchasing.
This helps ensure your business is directed toward the support option that best fits the level of execution, strategy, and operational support needed.
-
Once support is booked, all communication, updates, approvals, requests, and finalized materials move through the designated workflow associated with your selected support option.
The goal is to keep communication organized, collaborative, efficient, and easy to manage throughout the support experience.
