    For larger conversations, planning discussions, or strategic decisions, we recommend scheduling your monthly strategy session.

  • Each Founding Partner receives one complimentary Partner Workday per calendar year.

    Your Partner Workday can be used to focus on a larger business initiative, solve a challenge, review opportunities, refresh part of your customer experience, or make meaningful progress on an important project.

    Your unique promo code and booking instructions are available within your dashboard.

  • Yes.

    Founding Partner is a month-to-month membership with no long-term commitment.

    You may cancel your membership at any time.

  • Absolutely.

    Once invited, always invited.

    Founding Partner members may cancel and reactivate their membership whenever they need support again, provided the membership remains available.

  • No.

    Founding Partner membership was created specifically for invited businesses that have previously worked with The Branding Shop Co.

    Membership benefits cannot be transferred, shared, or assigned to another business.

  • Absolutely.

    If you know a business owner who could benefit from strategy, support, or operational guidance, we’d be honored to meet them.

    Referrals may be submitted directly through your dashboard.

    While referrals do not receive Founding Partner access, we’ll personally review their business and help determine the best next step.

  • Founding Partner membership is designed to provide ongoing support, strategic guidance, annual partner benefits, and continued access to The Branding Shop Co.

    Additional services, Workdays, Studio Sessions, and Projects are purchased separately unless otherwise stated.

    When available, invitations and announcements will be shared directly through your dashboard and member communications.
