HOW TO REVIEW YOUR DELIVERABLE

Feedback is fuel. Let’s make it count.

When you receive your deliverables, it’s not just “look and like.” This step is about making sure every pixel, word, and detail aligns with your brand’s goals and giving us the clarity we need to refine (if needed) without playing email tag for days.

  • Step 1: Review With Fresh Eyes

Don’t skim in between meetings or on the go. Sit down, open the files on the right screen size (laptop for web, phone for mobile views), and give yourself a moment to see it clearly.

  • Step 2: Compare to the Brief

Does this match what you originally asked for? Pull up your project brief and see how each request has been addressed. This helps keep feedback focused on the scope we agreed to.

  • Step 3: Note What Works First

Start with what you like. This helps us understand what to keep — and ensures revisions don’t accidentally erase the wins.

  • Step 4: Be Specific About Changes

“I don’t like it” doesn’t help. “The headline feels too corporate — can we make it warmer, like the tone of our homepage?” is gold. Use timestamps, page numbers, or screenshot markups if needed.

  • Step 5: Keep It in One Place

All feedback should live in the client portal or the link we send you no scattered texts, emails, or DMs. This keeps us from missing something important.

  • Step 6: Mind the Revision Limit

You get three revisions per project. Bundle your notes so we can address them all in one round rather than stretching them across multiple small tweaks.

  • Step 7: Approve or Request Changes Promptly

The faster you review, the faster you get your final files. Delays in feedback = delays in delivery.

  • Step 8: Delivery or Implementation

Once approved, we’ll send your final files or push them live (if included). If you’re handling it yourself, follow our guidelines to keep everything looking exactly as intended.
