Each project with The Branding Shop Co. comes with three (3) revision rounds included in your package.

We define a revision round as all the requested changes submitted at one time. Once we’ve completed that round and delivered the updates, the next batch of changes counts as a new round.

Here’s how it works:

• Included Revisions:
  Any edits needed because we didn’t follow your clearly stated design directions are on us — no extra charge.

• Billable Revisions:
  If your directions were unclear, incomplete, or left open to creative interpretation, and you decide later you want it done differently, those changes will be billed at our current hourly or per-revision rate.

• Unused Revisions:
  If you don’t use all three rounds, they don’t roll over to other projects.

⚠️ Timing Matters: All revision requests must be submitted within two (2) business days of receiving your deliverables. Delayed feedback may result in the project being closed, and reactivation fees will apply.

By proceeding with your project, you’re agreeing to these revision terms so we can keep your work on track and on time.
