WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR NEXT PROJECT
Set the tone. Set the pace. Let’s make this the start of something great.
Meeting your creative isn’t just a quick “hello” it’s where we lay the foundation for everything we’ll build together. Here’s how to show up ready so we can get the most out of our time
-
Step 1: Review Your Project Brief
Take a few minutes to revisit what you submitted at checkout. This keeps us aligned and ready to hit the ground running without backtracking.
-
Step 2: Gather Your Materials
Logos, brand guidelines, copy, product photos, campaign inspo — anything we’ll need to bring your vision to life. Even if you sent them before, have them ready to reference.
-
Step 3: Know Your Priorities
If we only accomplished one thing in this project, what would make it a success? Bring that answer to the meeting it helps us focus where it matters most.
-
Step 4: Be Honest and Specific
This is a safe space. If you have strong likes, dislikes, or non-negotiables, say them now. It’s easier (and cheaper) to shift direction in the planning stage than mid-project.
-
Step 5: Respect the Clock
Your meeting time is your golden window to get answers, ideas, and direction. We run on time so you can, too so be ready to start when you log in.
-
Step 6: This Is a Partnership
You’re not “handing off” a project to disappear you’re collaborating with someone who’s invested in your success. We’ll bring the expertise; you bring the vision and energy.
