  • Once you’re thrilled with the results, we’ll finalize your brand identity package. You’ll receive all the necessary files and guidelines for seamless integration into your online retail presence. Your brand will be ready to shine!

  • Brand Identity and Website projects require more strategy, clarity, and customization than our standard services.
    They must begin with an application so we can understand your goals, platform, and foundation before sending a contract or accepting payment.

    This ensures you get the correct scope, timeline, and support.

    When you submit your Project Application, you will not be charged.
    If approved, your proposal + contract will be sent through Bonsai, where you can choose Pay in Full or Installments.

  • Within 1–2 business days.
    You’ll either receive:

    • A Kickoff Call link

    • Or a follow-up asking for clarification

    • Or a referral to another service or Workday session if needed

    We do not approve misaligned or chaotic projects this protects your results and our workflow.
