  • Build a cart of services you want, submit your project request with a payment to get your project started.

  • Once your project has been completed you will receive a text notification from your designated designer to ensure the concept and vision of your project.

  • We start designing your project once we receive ensure the concept and vision is fully understood.

  • You’ll get a link to download the design or you will set a session with your designated designer to transfer ownership of deliverables. Turnaround delivery speeds are available. Edits requests are accepted within 7 business days after receiving design. Read our revision policy.

  • Once your add your request to the cart and you make the payment.

    We use Stripe so you can pay with all major Credit / Debit cards.

    We provide custom designs based on the approved requirements, thus, we don’t offer refunds after we start designing.

  • Absolutely! We encourage all clients to provide references to understand what result they would like to achieve.

  • Yes, each project comes with three revision. Any revisions made due to The Branding Shop's failure to follow your design directions are free of charge. Any revisions made due to unclear directions from the client which were open to interpretation and assumption will be paid.
